7change shall be reported on the same type of form, and filed with the department
8within 30 days after the effective date of the change. The examining board shall
9grant a certificate of authorization to a firm, partnership or corporation complying

3a license, the applicant shall be given a certificate, without additional cost, to the
4effect that the applicant is in good standing as a funeral director, and shall be entitled
5to a renewal license at any time during that license period, when located at a
6recognized funeral establishment, without payment of any additional renewal fee.
7The applicant must also furnish proof of completion of at least 15 hours of continuing
8education during the previous 2-year licensure period, except that new licensees are
9exempt from this requirement during the time between initial licensure and
10commencement of a full 2-year licensure period.
